We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services to deliver your order safely and efficiently.

Order Processing
All orders are processed once payment is successfully accepted. Our processing occurs on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding the following Post Office holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Estimated Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping option selected. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Once your package is in transit, any delays are beyond our control. Typically, orders within the continental United States are delivered within the following time frames:

Please note:

  • Orders placed before the cut-off time 05:00 pm (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the same day; orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.
  • Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
  • Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package. If you do not see the tracking email, please check your spam folder.

Order Tracking
After your order is confirmed via email, processing typically takes 1-2 days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please note that it may take 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not yet available, it means the carrier has not processed your parcel. Should your order exceed the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete address information may result in delays. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address or returned to the sender. In such cases:

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
  • Once an order is returned to our shipping partner’s warehouse, we cannot guarantee that the package will be resent.
  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.

Important Restrictions

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, or international addresses.
  • APO/FPO addresses are also not eligible for shipment.
